Curry Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

Wheat tortillas4
Chicken breast2
Cucumber320 g
Plain yogurt4 tbsp
Garlic1 clove
Curry powder4 pinches
Mixed salad greens4 handfuls
Olive oil4 tsp

Preparation

1.

Wash and cut the cucumbers into half-moons.

2.

Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise, then into strips.

3.

In a bowl, add the chicken and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well, then keep chilled for 15 to 20 minutes.

In a hot pan, add the curried chicken. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side over medium heat, until golden.

Meanwhile, prepare the curry yogurt sauce. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, grated garlic, curry powder and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the curry yogurt sauce over the wheat wrap. Add the salad greens, curried chicken and cucumber.

7.

Fold the two edges of the wrap inward, then roll it up tightly. Cut it in half if you like. It's ready!

Tips

For a change, you can also cook the chicken on the barbecue!
