Pesto, Tomato & Burrata Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza dough2
Pesto sauce120 g
Cherry tomatoes400 g
Burrata2
Fresh basil (optional)1/2 bunch
Olive oil4 tsp

Preparation

1.

Preheat the oven to 240°C (465°F). Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve or quarter them, depending on their size.

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray. Spread the pesto over the dough, then top with the tomatoes.

Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then bake for 10 minutes at 240°C (465°F).

Once the crust is golden, take the pizza out of the oven and top with torn fresh burrata. Add a few fresh basil leaves if you have some, and serve with a green salad dressed to taste. Enjoy!

Tips

You can make your own pizza dough and pesto from scratch for an extra-fresh touch, but a good store-bought version works just as well for a fast dinner.
