Salmon with Creamed Spinach & Rice

Ingredients

Fresh salmon4
Rice280 g
Creamed spinach400 g
Butter2 knobs

Preparation

1.

Thaw the salmon if needed. Cook the rice according to the package instructions, about 10 minutes in a pot of boiling water. Drain once done.

2.

Warm the creamed spinach according to the package instructions, about 7 to 8 minutes in a pot or in the microwave.

3.

Meanwhile, melt a knob of butter in a pan.

4.

Sear the salmon fillet skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes over high heat. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Baste the salmon, then flip it. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Cover and keep warm.

6.

Serve the salmon with the rice and creamed spinach, it's ready!
